What I look for

These are the problems I see most on local shop websites. Each one can send a customer to the shop down the street.

• Wrong or missing hours. If your site says you're open and you're not, people stop trusting it.
• Broken pages and dead links. Error messages and "page not found" make a shop look closed.
• Leftover template text. Placeholder words, sample photos and "Your Title Here" that never got replaced.
• Old dates. Last year's events, expired sales and a copyright from years ago.
• Typos and outdated details. Old phone numbers, old addresses, products you no longer carry.
• Hard to use on a phone. Tiny text, buttons you can't tap, menus that don't open.
• Contact forms that don't send. Messages that never reach you are lost customers.

How it works

I visit your shop for 15 minutes and walk through your website with you, showing exactly what I found. You get a short written plan with what I'll fix, when it'll be done and a fixed price. Then I fix it and show you how to keep it current.

Not ready for a new website?

You don't need one to get help. Many shops just need a cleanup, and smaller jobs are welcome. Ask about them during your free visit. If your site is past saving, I'll tell you honestly and walk you through a refresh or rebuild.
